Ahyan Jute mills was established (AJML) in 2011 is one of the biggest Yarn & Twine jute mills in Bangladesh and is a source of employment for over 4000-5000 and above people. Located on the banks of the river of Bhoirob, Khulna in Bangladesh, AJML is a part of the Ahyan Group which today epitomizes leadership, vision, determination, innovation and growth. Still young in terms of existence, the AJML has, in a very short span of couple of year, established itself as a formidable player in Jute mills.

Mrs. Selina Begum
Chairman
Selina Begum, has been associated with the day to day operations of the company since she took charge in long time. She is accredited to steering the company from the back side through the challenges of the industry. With very general experience in managing of human resources.
As a female member off the family and as the Chairman of the AJML group, she becomes a glaring example. She ornates the wreathe of the family by his affection and instructs the future plan. She attends almost all the meetings and also a social worker. She believes that AJML not only belongs to her but also for the workers and officers. She believes that workers are the vital source and she looks after their welfare. Her leadership is magnanimous and she is a proud mother.
Md. Ferdous Bhuiyan
Managing Director
Md. Ferdaus Bhuyn is the face of the Ahyan Group. A standard strong of the industry, he is credited with many firsts with respect to the jute manufacturing process, technology and modernization. A very eager member of the Bangladesh Jute Mills Association (BJMA). He is the path founder of AHYAN JUTE MILLS LTD. He is very close to the root level people. His friendly behavior makes him different and he is awarded with lots of national recognition in his glorious carrier. His leadership makes this Ahyan family as a very united force. He is now the life time members of BJSA and a CIP person.
Mohammed Zahir Uddin Razib
Director
Mohammad Zahir Uddin Razib has completed his Bachelor of Commerce and secured a Master’s in Business Administration from University of Ballarat at Australia, specializing in HR and marketing. He is experienced in manufacturing and marketing services. He came from a family who started the raw jute supply business 30 years ago and has rich experience and in-depth knowledge of trading of raw jute. He is the person who makes the dreams come true. His every step engraves the kingdom of AJML. He is not only a business person but also a kind-hearted person. Words are insufficient to describe his achievement for AJML. He loves his officers like his brothers. Whatever the time is, in the distress moment his wide chest and hand is there to help the stricken people. He is a very keen learner and have profound knowledge in marketing division’s which makes the youngest rich entrepreneur in 2011.He is a man of words and has no political affair. He contributes a lot for the development of education, sanitization and tree plantation. Beside he runs a charitable foundation which stand for helping the down trodden society and children education.
Tajuddin Ahmed Sajib

Tajuddin Ahmed Sajib has completed the business administrative (BBA) finance and accounts from North South university at Bangladesh. He is dazzling star of the AJML group. He bags the reputation to be the handsome business person with sublime talent. He never confined himself in the four side wall rather he visits almost 15 countries and gathers a vast knowledge.
